- Translate (CN-VN, VN-CN): ISO document, SOP, notice and internal meeting
- Follow-up and support Lab staffs
- Instruct employees do Munsell Test and export the result from computer
- Follow-up work efficiency of QA staffs and check system report
- Follow-up customers’s inspection schedule (Final) and inspection status, entertain customers
- Check and stamp report (from QA staffs and from warehouse)
- Participate in some meetings as QA manager's require (PP Meeting, Factory Audit Meeting,...)
- Summarize all of facts and write report send to QA Manager once a week
