Responsible for estimate material , construction and price.
Reviewing and studying new product from customer ask
Supporting and improving product.
Deep analyses and fix for complex issue.

Receiving BOM from development department, checking material information (name, color, with, unit, supplier )
Checking yield, cutting die, group size.
Checking and caculating webbing tape, binding tape .
Caculating sewing thread base on the confirm shoe, stitching process and swatch book
Updating all information into the system (STMMS system and ERP system).
Keep tracking orders of producing products and update into the system
Send the necessary information about materials and consumption to material departments and production department .
