- Establish, manage and development the logistics process, steps of document procedure in company for each customer, reduce the leadtime efficiently.

- Supervise balance the delivery plan for company production schedule, calculate forecast and predict the cost - charge, the product market flow in season: shipping charges, warehousing storage, stevedore, courtyard loading status...

- Prepare and ensure that all docs meet export regulation and clients required, such as: Customs declaration, Bill of Lading, Certificate Origin, Inspection Certificates, Shiping Documents ...

- Advise, negotiate and arrange with Shipping Lines, forwarders, domestic carriers, request the freight - charges, report the options evaluating to GM, and confirm under the GM approvement.

- Follow customer payment for the DO release, report the shipment status under planning weekly or as deadline request, insurance claim and resolve cargo shortage/loss.

- Meet and work with Customs authorities, VCCI, MOIT, and other Chamber Ministries related as the company representative of the decision maker in order of GM recommendation.

- Always update and announce the current government circular law, consult and advise BOM to the UCP 600 (2007), Incoterms 2010 regulation, and the others customs procedure at destination market.

- Joint and solve all issue in logistics operation at warehouse, port, customs office, fowarder activities.

- Bargain negotiate and monitor the transportation cost, quotation offer of the subcontractor truck vendors (benz, semi-trailer truck), barge (size <3000MT), bulk vessel (lighter vessel size <5000MT), on plan routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.

- Update administering energy trading market, customers demand, development tendance of combustion coal's specification.

- Make Manage delivery arrangement with all back office, shipping, stockpile, coal-port, operation staff for smoothy process and preparation, receive the respondance of the customers requirements and cordinate with Customer Service Dept.

- Present solution all risk strategies involved in coal transport such as emissions, ash/waste, the problem taken along the coal quality, loss rate handling.

05/2015 – 05/2017: Transportation Supervisor of Logs’ dept., ALC Corporation

- Receive the customer’s requirements, notify and assign to the others relevant.

- Follow up end to end, from C/Y to warehouse in order to ensure the delivering schedule on plan, timely and

accurately.

- Balance and control the charges, and all bearing fees disputing.

- Build and review the contract’s agreements and instruments.

- Check and correct the shipping documents, invoice, packing list, bill of lading’s information, customs declaration.

- Execute back up-operation at site in charge.

- Cost analysis and statistics, logistics cost-saving consultant, the courrier and port services fees/charges in optimize.

- Monthly report revenue and profit’s to board of director.

- Integrate all charges/fees of logistics and bid to the project, construction, heavy-lift, fleet offer.

- Identify the season of product to promt the sale’s concentration.

- To work closely with both local and oversea vendors, agency.

 - Communicate with transportation contractors to ensure load coverage, service, available capacity and payment term on the company profit target.
