• Quick checking lead-time requests from direct customers and feedback within 24 hours.

• Cross-checking with colleagues from US, Europe & APAC to allocate stocks among plants; defining appropriate shipping mode to gain revenue.

• Making production plan for over 1000 SKUs from level SMT, PCBA to final assembly.

• Checking shortage materials and driving MRP accordingly to cover shortage, reduce logistics costs and prevent excess stock materials.

• Doing rough-cut capacity analysis, adjusting production plan assembly/ PCBA accordingly and searching for solution to prevent machine capacity constraints in short & long-term.

• Weekly discussing with production team to define the manpower plan for upcoming weeks, proactive in informing and suggesting team to adjust the plan if issues occurred: unstable network/ machine, materials delay, quality issues… etc

• Tracking & monitoring ECOs with relevant team to make it effective appropriately.

• Following up with Logistics & Warehouse team to get materials arrive in plant on-time as well as keeping BOM between plant and customs system matching in order to export goods.

• Solving daily production issues with relevant departments, analyzing and seeking the root –cause then come up with the corrective & preventive actions to minimizing the downtime.

• Always maintaining the OTD (on-time delivery) ratio for Request >77%, Commit 97%, Service level > 91% and confirmation lead-time <1,7 days.

• Scheduling to reduce excess stock, RTV (return-to-vendor) and always minimizing the value of slow moving inventory to lower than 10k$.

• Joining project team to deploy new product families from pilot to mass production.

• Suggesting ideas to lean production and reduce wastes in manufacturing.

Weekly meeting with customer in US, Mexico, HK, Australia to discuss about demand analysis and delivery schedule commitment based on the latest forecast and current material status.

Followed up with cross-functional groups to resolve any production issues, execute overall requirements from customer and ship the right product on the right time.

Received customer forecast, synchronized data into system and evaluated customer demand against historical consumption.

Did rough-cut impact analysis to identify the significant changes between new and old forecast against the forecast rules from the contract and feedback if any.

Analyzed the revenue changes and mitigate any potential risks: materials excess and obsolete, cost for expedited materials PPV or purchase order cancellations .. etc

• Production Planning

Made a feasible production plan and delivery schedule based on the current materials status, demand as well as priority from customer.

Defined new model, new revision, product transfers and propose other functions to process NPI (New Product Introduction).

• Engineering Change Management

Weekly reported customer in US about progress of ECOs (Engineering Change Order), applied new ECOs/ Deviations and informed EOL (End of Life)/ MCR (Material Change Request) from supplier about changes in sourcing material.
