Following materials status.
Responsible for the implementation and follow orders.
Receive and implement all customer requirements for the factory
Organize the PP meeting before proceeding Production.
Follow production progress from input to output and shipment.
Resolve issues related to orders during Production.
Make material list/ trims card / material balance/packing list.
Order thread for BULK Production.
Manage sample schedule and sample detail.
Translate Tech Patch.
Transfer the sewing technical to relevant department.

Promoted to QA Supervisor.
Monitoring and Management QA – QC team.
Ensure that all staff are appropriately trained to meet the job specific requirements of their role.
Making sure that the quality standards are clearly set up and are communicated within the company.
Meeting clients and handling any complaints they may have
Conduct Pre-Production Meeting with all Production team.
Manage the shrinkage and quality of fabric when receiving.
Evaluate sample quality & technician products before production.
Analysis sewing process structure to avoid risks.
Quality monitoring throughout the production process.
Check, handle and improve risks arising from production.
Check the quality of finished products based on Customer’s standards before shipment.
Evaluate product quality after TESTING during Production.
Monitor the temperature/ humidity.
