Duties:

- Join and deploy the ERP SAP B1 v9.1

- Prepare Master Data, I get requests from all Departments. Implement the solution proposed by the ERP Manager in collecting, processing information, preparing data, updating data into the system, checking data, ensuring validity and consistency of data.

- Prepare Operating Environment (Servers, Workstations, and Equipment)

- Create new reports and edit for all departments by Crystal Report or Report Service.

- Prepare document guide and training for the new employee.

- Build and train good IT staffs and have the thought of contributing to the company for the common goal.

- Help-desk and solve all problems for personnel about email, Microsoft Office, computer

- Make the VPN connection from Factory to the warehouse.

- Control system with Server/Client( Domain, Database Server, Mail Server, DHCP,…).

- Checking all hardware (PC hardware, Router ADSL, Switches, Printers Server, Scanner,…).

- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

- Securing local data of the company, daily updating the anti-virus software such as EsetNod32 Anti-Virus, Spyware, Spam,….

- Monitoring and control the camera systems and have Maintenance Schedule for the smooth system running.

- Monitoring and configure Internal Telephone system (Panasonic TEST824).

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.

- Advises management on IT development orientation for corporate development.

- Building IT infrastructure of international standard, safe and effective.

- IT staff management, management of all IT equipment of the company. Develop a set of procedures for the IT department.

- Building the KPI or vote, the procedure for the IT department to increase the efficiency of support as well as efficiency in the work assigned.

Responsible for troubleshooting and assist customers with computer issues. Possesses a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software applications. Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems.

Duties:

- Support and control Exact software about accounting.

 - Design reports for the Finance department by Crystal Report and Excel file.

  - Solving all network troubles including 120 PCs in Head office and Branch office, Mail server, File server, ISA Server.

 - Make a VPN connection Head Office to Branch.

 - Control system with Server/Client (Domain, Database Server, Mail Server, DHCP)

- Daily backup by VERITAS Backup and maintenance software system.
