Responsibilities:
+ Control Barley intake process, storage cooling system, warehouse monitoring and control
+ Main processes monitoring of the plant.
+ Improve and revise existing product formulations and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost.
+ Overview batches analysis report to suggest process protocol for quality improvement.
+ Process recipes control and − Process parameter trends analysis
+ Quality product improvement and Quality system Management.
+ Operation supports. Coordinate with operation team in troubleshooting of technical & technological issue. Support the team in term of production & maintenance schedule for smooth operation. Suggests for improvement of 5S, housekeeping, safety…of the Plant.
+ Support laboratories to inspect the specification of malt and perform an analysis of the quality specification of malt.
+ Technology research & development : Product & Process Technology. Analysis trend and final report of research.
+ Monitor inventory, make balance of raw materials for production department according to production plan.
+ Place orders and work with the purchasing department to ensure full production materials.
+ Management of raw materials and accessories, time of import-export-survival.
