1. Control Import-Export-process inventories of raw materials
- Check and confirm materials arrive daily, follow plan.
- Subscribe to the export process in warehouse and handling unusual problems (if any)
- Track inventory secure, inventory reports sent daily materials to Directors.
- Monitor production plan, materials inventory. Order materials to match to the production plan.
2. Export goods customers
- Based on scientific shipment plans, workers' organizations conducting activities related to shipment.
- Dealing with the issues arising in relation to goods
- Report shipment sent to Director
3. Control 3D-5S in warehouse.
- Check daily 3D-5S in warehouse, remind directly to staff if violations processing requirements 3D-5S.
4. Dealing with problems arising
- Preparing well for documents, problems for Audit : QSA, QPA, ECO,…
- Handle issues arising in stocks, notification to the relative departments to solve.
5. Organize inventory
- Every month, the organization conducting inventory processes exist Metirial in the warehouse at the request of Directors. Aggregate and send the results to the Accounting Department
6. Fire prevention
