* Development :
- Receive document from Buyer and Develop garment from 1st proto
- Work together mer Korea in head office for everything.
- Contact with Buyer to clear all problem as sketch , s/d , ....
- Support related department as pattern team , sample team to process
sample.
- Check and send sample to buyer directly .
- After receive comment from Buyer, check and process 2nd proto -> Saleman
sample -> Fit sample -> PP sample -> Main production.
- Make costing file .
* Bulk production:
- After receive order for Bulk . Send all document to factory.
- Check MRP .
-Support pattern team/ cad team to make final pattern.
- Work with import team for s/d of material .
- Contact directly with suppliers if have any .
- Check trim card , fabric....
- Follow up status production to match with buyer shipdate.
- Contact with 3rt party for garment test/ button test/ seam test...
- Arrange to process Inline/Final inspection.
- Solve all problem from input to out put.( ex: material defect, shortage fabric)
- Always work with Korea mer.
