Thermtrol Corporation is a manufacturer of wire/cable harnesses, thermal protectors, and sub-assemblies. Thermtrol has their global headquarters located in Northeast Ohio and they have manufacturing sites in both Ohio and Vietnam. All locations are fully owned, ISO certified and either TS certified or TS compliant. Solid expertise in cable & harness manufacturing supporting a wide variety of connection types including Sealed Deutsch, Tyco, JST, Yazaki, Molex, etc. Manufacturing capabilities include custom over-molding for sealing and fastening, braiding & tubing for abrasion protection, potting for sealing, bayonet connections, ultrasonic welding, and support for a wide variety of sub- assemblies. World class quality systems incorporate a six sigma process, TVR reports, press analyzers and a full BBMX system coupled with state of the art technical labs.
