- Control all the activities in the Warehouse: In-Out-Inventory and Stock take, arrange the jobs in the Warehouse, include: Warehouse staff, Forklifts driver and Warehouse workers.
- Have a plan to In-Out the goods in Warehouse, improve and overcome the actual inventory situation to instruct Warehouse Staff and Warehouse Worker how to arrange to achieve good results.
- Plan and forecast inventory based on Production plans.
- Daily checking the Input-Output-Stock reports from Warehouse Staff.
- Check and control the operating equipment in the Warehouse.
- Have an understanding of standards in Warehouse operations: FIFO, SOP, ISO, GMP, GSP, BRC, 5S, HSE etc.
- Be responsible and report to the BODs for all activities in the Warehouse.

- Receive daily, weekly, monthly inventory situations from Warehouse staff.
- Update information from the sales department and monitor the Production schedule to arrange the delivery.
- Inspect goods and arrange means of delivery to customers.
- Submit the plans to the departments.
- Coordinate with the export department before importing or exporting (Check packing list).
- Forecast the minimum inventory to reduce costs and Warehouse area.
- Control goods inventory.
- Controlled inventory stock is reported to the Accounting, Purchasing department and the Director.
- Control delivery – receipt – inventory according to: FIFO, SOP, ISO 9001:2008, GMP, GSP, BRC, 5S etc. standards.
- Control personnel in the Warehouse.
- Dispatch Warehouse staff to arrange goods in a tidy manner. (FIFO and 5S)
- Periodic inventory (Every month or 6 months).
- Check fire protection and (HSE).
Relevant departments: Production, Sales, Accounting, Export – Import, Laboratory (QC and Lab), R&D etc.
And related jobs or as required by the Director.
