• Make technical drawing to localization mechanical spare parts like: Gears, pulley, sprocket, shaft, coupling, roller, liner, table liner, hydraulic cylinder, heat exchanger, hammer of crusher, grate plates of cooler system, tooth segments of clay crusher, bucket of bucket elevator, scraper of limestone reclaimer, and many other worn out parts. • Make jigs for mechanical fabrication. • Perform dissection of general technical drawings to make fabrication drawings. • Design equipment to install and commissioning in the plant as: Belt conveyor, bucket elevator, air slide, kiln seal inlet & outlet, screw conveyor, apron feeder… • Modify & design to improve equipment in the plant as: rotary valve, clay reclaimer, limestone apron feed and scraper conveyor at quarry, drag chain of electrostatic precipitator… • Checking and acceptance of machined and manufactured equipment in accordance with design technical requirements. • Manage technical documents of equipment. • Co-operate with other section to maximize productivity manufacturing. • Make plans daily, monthly, yearly preventive maintenance schedule for equipment in plant like: electric hoist, gear box, bearing, fans, steam boiler, vertical mills, ball mills, belt conveyors, pan conveyor, apron feeder, water pumps, air compressor, air dryer, hydraulic system, fire fighting system, heat exchanger system.... • Supervising and joining in periodically maintenance works as well as solving problem like: - Adjust coupling of fans, maintain gear box, bearing, replace sprocket for bucket elevator, replace cylinder, valve for hydraulic system and air system, replace chain for reclaimer... - Inspect fan vibration and carry out dynamic balance. - Replace bearing, gear, shaft for blower. - Change all filter, clean heat exchanger, drain valves, safety valve, thermal valve...for air compressor (Kobelco, Fusheng). • Analyze problems, identify cause and provide efficient solutions. • Directly supervising the repairing and maintaining works of contractor in annual overhauling of supervising the installation works of machines, equipment like: - Replace bearing, shaft, drive chain, backstop.. - Replace shaft, hammer, V-belt of Impeller Breaker. Replace bearing & tooth segment of Clay Crusher. - Replace table liner, Damring, damring base, amor ring, nozzle ring segment, roller tyre… & maintain roller, gear box for Vertical Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Cement Mill. - Replace ball, screen, wall liner of Ball Mill. - Replace cylinder, bearing, grate for clinker cooler…… - Replace Chain, bucket, rail, sprocket for limestone reclaimer, coal reclaimer, clay reclaimer.

• Manage working daily of quarry equipment maintenance & repairing section as: - Make daily, monthly, yearly maintenance and overhauling plan for quarry equipment like: Wheel loader, Excavator, Dump truck, Trailer truck, Forklift truck, Rock drill, Crane, Bulldozer, Vibration roller, Motor grader... - Make daily, monthly preventive maintenance plan for limestone & clay crushing section like: Belt conveyors, clay crusher, limestone crusher, apron feeder, triple car, limestone stacker, vibration screen... - Make plan time shift for maintenance worker: A, B. - Arranging manpower, tools, equipment to maintain and solve troubleshooting at site. - In charge of safety division in maintenance & repairing workshop. - Supervising and monitoring maintenance, repairing & overhauling works as well as solving problem of quarry equipment like: + Overhaul engine (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Kawasaki, isuzu..),maintain & repair torque converter, transmission, steering system, brake system, electric system, fuel system, cooler system, hydraulic system... for Dump truck, Wheel loader, Trailer truck, Crane, forklift truck. + Maintain & repair slewing, travelling system for Excavator (Kato, Komatsu). + Maintain air compressor of rock drill (Alascopco) - Check and align the working mode properly for the equipment like: drill, feed, damper mode for Rock drill (Alascopco), working mode for Excavator KatoHD1880, Komatsu PC-300, PC-750... - Supervising and monitoring maintenance & repairing works for equipment of crushing section like: replace bearing, sprocket, motor, pulley, belt of belt conveyor. Replace blow bar, V-belt, bearing of impact crusher. Replace tooth segments, bearing of clay crusher... • Control and monitoring quarry equipment & crushing section spare parts in warehouse. • Prepare & make purchase order spare parts for quarry & crushing section equipment. • To advise the Deputy Director to assign to personnel under along with accompanying resources and manpower coordination, better management of risks in the course maintenance and repair of equipment, labor safety and environment al sanitation. • Guidance training employees perform maintenance, equipment repair processes, work instruction were issued.

• Manage working daily of maintenance section as: - Make daily, monthly, yearly preventive maintenance plan and overhauling plan. - Make plan time shift for maintenance worker: A, B, C. - Arranging manpower, tools, equipment to maintain and solve troubleshooting of all machines in way which will have no influence on production process during working hours. - In charge of safety division on production area and all of the machinery. • Supervise and monitor maintenance working and troubleshooting of equipment such as: Gypsum Crusher, belt conveyor, bucket elevator, fans, vertical mill, ball mill, mixer, screw conveyor, drum cooler, bundler, cutter, dryer system, compressor system, blower system, chiller, heat exchanger, hydraulic system... • Management and deployment of total preventive maintenance (TPM) system. • Manage replacement projects, upgrade systems of machinery and equipment in plant. • Co-operation with production team to analyze machinery and equipment failures to come up with innovative methods to increase life, reduce damage and improve the performance of machinery and equipment. • Co-operation with process team and production team and process team to research and develop products, optimize production processes to save costs, improve plant productivity. • Control and monitoring mechanical spare parts in warehouse. • Prepare mechanical spare parts for equipment. • Make technical drawing to localization mechanical spare parts like: Gears, pulley, sprockets, shafts, couplings, rollers, upper ring & lower ring of vertical raw mill, hydraulic cylinder, tooth segments of crusher, bucket of bucket elevator, blade of mixer and many other worn out parts. • Design, fabricate and install some equipment to improve performance for production line as: fiberglass feeding system, gypsum plate cleaner system, mechanical glue feeding system, wastewater filtration system. • Directly working with suppliers and contractors to design and manufacture new equipment and new technologies for the plant.

• Support for foreign experts on job such as: - Audit process of Pyro system, grinding system in cement plants for the purpose of optimizing production processes, improving power and heat consumption, upgrading the plants. - Combined with foreign technology experts to calculate and upgrade the cement plants, optimize the production process. - Polscan for rotary kiln at cement plants. • Mechanical supervision for mechanical erection, installation, alignment services such as: - Install, alignment and commissioning big fans system for clinker cooler. - Kiln hot alignment. - Install Polflame burner for Song Lam 2 Cement plant and Xuan Thanh Quang Nam Cement plant. - Change kiln section for rotary kiln at Binh Phuoc cement plant with foreign expert together. - Maintain roller pair of vertical raw mill for Teresa cement plant (Philipines) - Site inspection for Crusher system at Cong Thanh, Thang Long, Xuan Thanh Quang Nam cement plant. - Site inspection for Ball Mill system at Holcim Bulacan cement plant (Philipines), for Vertical Raw Mill and rotary Kiln at Norzogaray cement plant (Philipines). • Advising cement plants on replacement of spare part. • Consulting technical solutions for cement plants. • Provide technical solution and support to customers via phone calls, emails etc.; • Support and train customers on the product solutions that have been purchased. • Build positive relationships with customers by make business trips to understand customer needs to develop trade. • Co-operate with spare part & project team to provide products and services to customers.
