Key responsibilities:
- Take care customers: When customer have order, check information about Data, materials such as: paper, corrugate paper, glue…. And what time delivery then inform to customers.
- Take care products, warrant delivery timely. In the production process if have any problem must inform to technical and manager repair immediately, if cant delivery timely I must inform to customer.
- Finding new customers: contact with new customer and have an appointment with customer, come and meeting, discuss about prices, production technology, time to delivery…
- When finish month make debt comparison table, request customer pay money follow contract.
- Do reports week, month then sent to director
- Attend the meetings and take notes of meeting minutes, one day have meeting one time
- Meeting and give to all department how can solution about problem
- When product department do NG, research what is problem, inform to manager, supervios, worker do again and request do carrefully
