Contact with provider: send Inquiries, discuss the specifications of
goods, price, packing, shipping and payment terms…, draw up the
Contracts and Others;
Transact and negotiate all the profitable term for company;
Calculate the cost, make a plan to import, export goods;
Deal with payment procedure: T/T, L/C (open L/c, Amend L/c…)
Check for Schedule of vessel, be sure of ETD and forecast ETA;
Make sure completed correct documents: PI, Invoice, Packing List,
B/L, Insurance, C/O… comply with demand of exporter;
Prepare documents for Custom clearance, choose profitable HS code to reduce taxes;
Be good at using ECUS5 VNACCS: opening a Custom declaration,
entering data in the system, checking carefully before submit to
Custom.
Manage customer list, make an Import-Export report if required
