1) From May 2013 to present : Bridgestone Viet Nam Company,.Ltd, ( Belong to Bridgestone Corporation, which is one of the world's largest tire and rubber companies and created a global team dedicated to serving customers worldwide with the highest level of quality, service and technology) Position : Production Lead Staff , belong to Production Department, Key responsibilities:  Control, monitor production plan and production KPI daily, weekly, monthly of Cutting section, report to Production General Manager  Strictly follow up the very high quality of tire products  Manage machine maintain planning, enviroment, safety and Manpower of Cutting section efficiently  Build up the improvement activities to enhance production effectiveness  Control 5S & 4M program at production line  Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management From December 2012 to May 2013 : Attending overseas training course about management skills and processing standard at Tosu Factory, in Japan, belong to Bridgestone Corporation, Japan Position : Production supervisor 2) From May 2009 to November 2012 : Nakashima Vietnam Company, .Ltd, (Belong to Nakashima Corporation, which is manufacturing propellers and all kinds propeller parts for boats with high quality over the world) Position : Senior Staff of Machining Section, belong to Production Department. Key responsibilities:  Make working schedule and supervising processing actuality of Machining section to meet the production schedules  Managing manpower of Machining Section and relevant problems.  Checking and ensuring quality of products with high standard and solving unusual problem during product machining process.  Make weekly report and monthly report of products machining result to Production director.  Combining with other section to get the best production result.
