Then, translate to Vietnamese for team, note points change from buyer’s comment to correct pattern or make new ones. • Discuss & analyze with material team about item, color, quality, initial deliveries of fabric & trim from suppliers. • Contact, work & maintain relationship with outsourcing to make pleat, cut laze or attach rhinestone for sampling. • Base on all related factorial: pattern, material & due date to arrange & book schedule sending sample to buyer or fit tech. • Chase approval sample, delivery material to catch schedule bulk production. + Follow up the whole process production, call out with buyer & find method to solve once had issue. + Listen & apply feedback from buyer to improve for next sample. - From Jan/2012 – Sep/2014: Staff research market at TNS company (part time) + Meet & collect information from consumer: consolidate skill communication with everybody is more confident. + Analyze & detect latent demands of consumer: open mind about general knowledge & identify market’s chance. + Support manufacturers make a decision: adapt to information quickly and flexibly in changing method improving conduct to serve consumer in the best way. - From May/2012 – March/2014: PR member in Khoi Nghiep Sonadezi Club + Organize events: “Method studying”, “Teacher’s day”, “Grow up”… + Write article to call upon spectator & invitee attend in Club’s events. + Prepare budget for events. + Communicate & cooperation with team leaders in big projects. - From July- Sep/2011: QC at Hansol Vina company + Check construction & workmanship. + Measure garment.
