Responsible for: • Be responsible for one project from the beginning to the end: Bidding stage and repairing stage; • Find the subcontractors for dealing and negotiating about the price and service for each project; • Purchase the equipment for the project; negotiate to meet the most competitive prices and deal with the Sales Agreement about the terms of payment agreement; • Compare the prices between suppliers (minimum 3 suppliers) to find out a best and competitive price; • Search new suppliers and update the vendor-list for purchasing task; • Control the purchased equipment for the whole procedure of repairing ship to make sure that to support the workers have enough and in time material to work on the site; • Keep contact with all departments within the company to prepare all necessary documents for bidding; • Work and negotiate with the Ship-owner to gain a project from them by a bidding event; • Take care of all the Ship-owners: Keep good connection and have good relationship with them (doing the customer service tasks: before and after giving the service) and do the marketing field. • Work with the top leader in the parent company in Dung Quat; • Lead the team to achieve the main objectives; • Manage the time and plans for the projects; • Ensure the time-sheet of workers on the site; • Solve the problems as they arise; • Work with the legal department; • Connect to all departments in charge during the performance period; • Financial review before and after project completed; • Often review and edit the procedure of commercial department to make sure that there is not too much document and useless document which affects completing the project in arranged time; • Report to the top leader weekly – monthly by document and presentation.
