 + Organizing, supervising and managing the production line including raw materials; human resources; machines etc to be sure to correctly follow the monthly production planning as requested.

 + Organizing the planning of production and quality meetings, daily worker schedules, daily production activities. Organize meetings to share production scheduling among Operations, Technical and Maintenance division, Quality.

 + Supervising, pushing the productivity of workers and to manage lead times, work priorities, worker performance to get the assigned factory lead times and goals and ensure that the production is achieved as planned.

 + Studying “what-if” scenario to identify opportunities to improve profits, such as efficiency improvement, cost reduction and other margin improvements.

 + Foreseeing the potential problems before they happen and report to Production Manager to find out the solution.

 - Managing material :

 + Controlling material status: quantity, quality, input, output, inventory.

 + Setting goal, management, reporting actual status of Loss material monthly, find out what's causing wastage Loss material and improvement them.

 - Managing manpower :

 + Setting standard manpower of each line, each process. Calculating necessary manpower monthly, yearly based on the setup line plan, RP production quantity, quantity lines need monthly, all projects master schedule of the plant.

 + Report manpower status, recruitment plan, manpower onboard being trained, retrenchment rate weekly, monthly.

 + Planning training, training, managing of training records and training certificates.

 - Managing OH cost. OH cost is cost apart from production (excluding labor costs, materials, depreciation), including Production cost, Management cost, Sales cost, R&D cost.

 + Planning order items of OH cost every year, quarterly, monthly based on RP production quantity, TO number of manpower, plan quantity of setup line.

 + Monitoring actual use of OH cost items (Consumable supplies, spare part, transportation, communication, education...), from that changing the norm used quantity or find out what's causing wastage and improvements to reduce actual usage.

 + Establishing the actual OH cost rate report every monthly, main reason not reaching plan, and give the improvement plan and target need be reached for each subsequent month of each OH cost items.
