Main responsibilities:
- Build “Quality Culture” in department, support employee, colleague in good quality practice.
- Training and qualified test method for QC
- Owner Laboratory: maintain and get support fix defect.
- Join SIP – Self Improvement Program: annual conduct SIP 2 times/year. Find and fix gaps and have action plan to fix all.
- Manage and deploy SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) to all function in plant

- Join and solve consumer/ customer complaint: to solve and improve quality compliance/satisfaction

Material Quality Management
Main responsibilities:
- Handle Quality material management work, ensure received material follow technical standard
- Contact with supplier, feedback supplier for any logistic matter, issuematerial for help to build their capability and supply assurance.
- Support and Guideline operation to verify material problems.
2. WORK AT SCANDINAVIAN DESIGN VIETNAM FROM OCT 2014 UNTIL NOW ON
Oct 2014 - Present
Account Managment:
- Manage 18 customers at US market, Canada, NewZealand and Chile.
- Work with customers via email to get the orders and relevant issues
- Update orders into internal system as well as customer system (if any)
- Issue the Pro forma Invoices (PI)
- Provide shipping marks to the customer to get approval before shipping
- Book inspection with third party and follow result before shipping
- Booking with Forwarders or shipping line from customer
- Follow up lead time, materials, QC report... from factory
- Support sales managers and customers all information they need
- Follow up ETD and submit documents to customer in time and get payment from them according payment terms
- Inform to FwD to release cargo at destination also report to accounting department for these amounts
- Follow up issues after sales, receive all claims from customer and process them as soon as possible.
- Maintains the customer file with all relevant information of responsible for a clear defined market or customer portfolio.
- issue order prototype and sample for follow up the status.
