Having more than 5 years of experience at positions such as customer services staff, team
leader, manager at VinSmart's customer care center - one of the top technology companies in
Vietnam; and a Bachelor of International Economics. I would like to have a chance to bring
my skills and experiences contributing to the success of the company, as well as develop my
career path at position customer services.

customers, and matters related to the center.
Quality assurance service to meet customer satisfaction.
Develop a strategy to develop the center's operations with the
Board of Directors.
Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly business operations to
the Board of Directors.
Collect and report feedback about products and services to
upper managers, in order to improve service quality and find
potential customers.
Gathering activities of competitors to formulate appropriate
business plans to submit to the Board of Directors
Looking for more new partners, while maintaining the care of
old partners.
Checking, assigning, giving suggestions, and motivating
employees.
