Mô tả công việc
Responsible for IT infrastructure management.
Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating systems, ardware, network and software interfaces with the operating system
Research and recommend hardware purchase, and use.
Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.
2. Responsible for IT Help Desk Service
Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, data acquisition boards, IP camera, printers, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
3.Responsible for requiring evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported
4. Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
University/College fresh graduate in Information Technology or related field
Basic English in both written and verbal skills
Optional product or system certification
Knowledge of company supported hardware, software and operating systems to include configuration and connectivity
Knowledge of computing and network hardware and peripheral equipment
Ability to install, configures, and maintains servers, personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
Ability to plan, implements, test, and troubleshoot system software.
