**Main responsibilities:
Project Management Support
• Provide daily administrative management of the project, including drafting notes, minutes, correspondence and necessary follow-up;
• Support the project monitoring and tracking of activities including compiling and reviewing project metrics;
• Develop and maintain project related databases and reports;
• Design and support project coordination meetings, events, prepare presentations in support of project needs;
Foreigner admin support
• Reporting foreign labor, making work permit for foreign labor, Visa, temporary residence, supporting arrange travel business in Vietnam for foreign expert.
• Regular communication with all foreign expert regarding transportation, housing, food,... and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.
• Ensuring that the foreign expert coming and working at company is aligned with government policies and procedures.
• Providing support to foreign expert when and as required.
Industrial relationship and employment network
• Coordinate the implementation of employee programs for the purpose of relationship building up and employee retention
• Monitor the internal and external employee relations trends and submit relevant report, propose employee relation building programs
• Building various and wide employment networks to support the employee recruitment especially for high level employee
**Applied rules, regulations, authorities:
• Strictly follow all relevant work instructions (SOP).
• Amann Code of Conduct. Company internal labor regulation
• Other relevant national, Group and local subsidiary policies.

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors:
• Very Good English
• Experience in employment networks or interested in this job
• Have some knowledge about project management shall be a plus
• 1 year experienced in the relevant field is advantage
• Familiarity with office management, HR-Admin procedures
• Ability to analyze, identify and solve the problem quickly and effectively
• Good in MS Office Applications
