Principle Accountabilities
- Be responsible for plan execution of the project
- Ensure effective internal/external communication, timeline management
Reporting Relationship
- Reporting to: Finance Manager - Business Transformation
- In daily work, this job requires coordination with internal departments including Sales Team, Customer Service Operations, Replenishment, Finance… and external partners banks
Job Responsibilities
- Daily follow up with distributors, retailers and banks (BIDV, CTG, HD…) in terms of the retailer financing assessment process
- Visit assigned distributors/retailers with bank base observation bank service
- Daily follow up closely with internal relevant departments to ensure smooth execution
- Co-work with sales operations to ensure workshops are implemented on time in full in terms of slides preparation, WS agenda, attendees…
- Prepare and update for weekly projects dashboard to analyze banks’ effectiveness
- Prepare and update for monthly projects dashboard to analyze the project effectiveness
- Others tasks assigned

- Education: bachelor’s (business economics, finance preferable)
- Experience: project management is preferred
