* Facilitate Decision Making
- Analyze, research information from a wide range of sources in order to provide better insights and thereby facilitate the process of decision making.
- Researching & analyzing information
- Presenting & Forecasting
* Successful completion of Projects
- Implement/ Support / manage projects through proper coordination and ensure successful completion of project in order to achieve organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with MAS Group level project members
- Communicate with Group, SBU’s & teams
* Image building
- Promote internal image building through visualizing clarity, standard of communication and thereby ensure a positive image of the organization.
- Prepare presentations, editorials & reports
- Conduct presentations to customers
- Communicate with external parties
* Relationship Building & Networking
- Foster, maintain and collaborate relationships with internal, external contacts to achieve end organizational objectives.
* Training
- Provide guidance, and training on research and information presentation, to make sure that the company standards are maintained and employee knowledge on research is optimized.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in Foreign Language/Business/ IT/ Marketing
- Strong English language skills (Written & Spoken)
- 25 to 32 years of age
- At least 3 years working experience as Business Analyst or Personal Assistant to CEO
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimum guidance, ability to work on multiple projects (multi-tasking), confidential & trustworthy
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
