Mô tả công việc
- Take responsible for machine in production line, coordinating with maintenance team to duel with breakdown, OEE and maintenance plan of machine.
- Make sure the Maintenance level 1 in line is well done.
- Cooperating with Maintenance department to maintain preventive maintenance plan and not affect to the production operation.
- Take leadership to control the spare part cost of machine
- Support production supervisor to control and the Efficiency, and production fullfilment to achieve the target.
- Review pareto of scrap in line and take the corrective action to reduce the scrap throught QRQC meeting
- Cooperating with Quality Process to solve the issues araise in production area and inform to manger in time.
- Take leadership to lead the kaizen, continuous improvement activities in production line, to increase the efficiency, reduce scrap and spare part cost.
- Creating and implementing process control to ensure consistent quality, make Poka Yoke for station in line to avoid the defect and mistake from Operator.
- Support Production supervisor in inventory activity.
- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources. Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
- Ensure the document is used in production is right version, and ensure the Operator working follow the standard.
- Responsible for updating the document in mass production( work instructions, start-up check list...).
- Responsible for the change in production line to ensure there're not any change without approval.
- Identifying and update troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions(PDCA).
- Developing and implementing projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Coordinating with other departments( design, quality, engineering...) to ensure that manufacturing processes meet all requirements and solve the incident happening in line
- Support Production Supervisor conducting training for production teams on new processes and equipment.
- Involve with Engineering in new industrialization plan for new project and automation(new technologies).
- Involve with Automation team in new automation project and new technologies

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree and suitable techincal degree in technical schools.
- Have knowledge of manufacturing industry, SMED, IATF 16949, 8D method, Pareto, ISO14001, LEAN manufacturing, PDCA, QMS, 5 core tools.
- At least 1 year in the same position
- Microsoft office basic application package (word, one note, ppt, excel, etc...)
- English skill: communication and reporting
- Have structured Problem Solving skill & risk assessment skill
