Create the safety rules and implement them over the plant
In charge of the work environment keeping and the occupation health of the operators
Follow the EHS rules and the inspection of relative bureau
Analysis of HSE impacts
Improve HSE conditions
Ensure law compliance of plant and for external service suppliers
Maintain the standard as per applicable certification and law.
Identification and elimination of Unsafe Act (UA), Unsafe Conditions (UC) and Near Misses (NM) in the plant

Yêu cầu công việc
Have 2-3 years experience of HSE responsible in the manufacturing & multi-national companies
Mastery of HSE rules and regulations, law, standards
Mastery of ISO 1400:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 regular dentations.
Good technical knowledge (electric, chemical, mechanic…), Basic analytical skills, good communication and training skill.
Be the trainer for HSE training (new comer, contractor…)
Leadership and problems solving attitude, pro-active with actions.
Have experience about safety patrol, safety tour, recording UC, UA, Safety managing at workplace, contractor’s safety….
Good at HSE reporting (internal & external), managing HSE administration jobs (PPE management, purchasing HSE equipment, service, work with HSE suppliers to implement HSE activity (health check, waste disposal, first aid service…)
Good at English 4 skills & Microsoft Offices
