Under the direction of the manager, implement operation and maintenance plans for the production facilities based on the development of the plans.
Implemented appropriate solutions to technical problems as they arose.
Develop operation and maintenance plans for production facilities; monitor the implementation.
Implemented quality control system in line with the plan.
Report regularly to the manager on production performance and technical issues.
Take advantage of scheduled training at the factory in Japan or China to enhance your skills and knowledge.
The person filling this position will be expected to receive training at the China factory for a period of three to six months.

Attractive Salary: 10.000.000 - 20.000.000 VND/month
Bonus: Around one month’s salary

Salary increase once a year, 13th month salary and profit sharing bonus.

Yêu cầu công việc
Proficient in English or Japanese communication (both oral and written). Chinese skill is plus.
Experience in production Control at manufacturing company.
Technological adaptability: High interest in the introduction and application of new technologies, and a willingness to take on challenges and work proactively to establish a technological foundation for the new plant.
Team management: Management ability to evaluate employee performance and strive for skill development and motivation.
