Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure equipment, and instrument are available and reliable.
· Manage and organize team to operate the WWTP in maximum capacity and safety.
· Manage team to monitor to control all equipment to ensure system and parameters are in good condition and good run setting and recorded timely.
· Keep track and make an analysis of the waste water report to ensure having the proper action timely.
· Incorporate with Maintenance Planner to plan for the maintenance activities.
· Organize a team to carry out the maintenance tasks as planned.
· Keep track of the chemicals stock level to ensure the operation of station. Look for the improvement to reduce the chemical consumption.
· Run daily monitoring management at the shop floor to receive feedback from operators, and technicians about the equipment situation for troubleshooting solving, issue prevention, and improvement.
· Drive team for the troubleshooting to quickly get equipment back to operation.
· Manage and control team members to comply with safe work and food safety policies.
· Plan and implement the PM plan for yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly.
2. Plan and organize team activities to meet company business goals.
· Build the preventive and predictive maintenance database.
· Drive and support to production team for wastewater treatment to ensure production activities.
· Support team for environment, energy audit, and saving program.
· Build the troubleshooting guide for equipment, and machines and conduct the training for operators.
· Organize to do assessments for critical equipment for maintenance data building.
· Manage team members to comply with safe work policies.
· Create shift working schedule every week properly (less OVT, rotation headcount, arrangement annual leaving days)
· Upload shift working to HC360 and monthly consolidate timesheet attendance and OVT for operators
3. Improve, and increase automation on the equipment and process lines
· Ensure the WWTP, Recycle water, and Sludge drying system are always available and reliable.
· Build-up program yearly calibration for online instrument
Drive or support improvement projects to increase automation to reduce HC and operation costs.
· Improve the operation guide, and procedure to improve safe work conditions and reduce cost.
4. Implement and Projects
· Incorporate with project team to build and design technical specifications for improve or new equipment to ensure the new equipment, and machines are the highest of safety, quality, low investment cost, and high capacity and meet project timeline.
· Organize the technologies training and transfer to operators to ensure they can run equipment, and machines by the right operation way.
5. Organization and people development
· Develop staffs by on job training, and coaching to provide skills and knowledge to meet company goals.
· Organize the refresh training of operation guide, policies for staff, and monitoring to make sure compliance with company requirements.
· Implement training program to improve staff skills for operational, troubleshooting solving by OPL tool.

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge, qualifications, and experience
Major in Chemical, Bio-chemical, Environment, and Mechanical, and Electrical technology certified.
University or college diploma
At least 3 years experience in WWTP management in food industrial factor
Experience in operation & maintenance Recycle water, sludge drying system is big advantage
Electrical safe work knowledge.
5S knowledge.
Wastewater treatment knowledge.
Good in industrial maintenance knowledge (CLIT, AM, PM)
Professional and technical skills
English reading and writing in advance. Good in using office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
General Skills / Attributes
Communication skills.
