Mô tả công việc
- Scheduling the supply of materials/components to meet customer demand and production requirements.
- Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit.
- Assessing volume requirements against planning assumptions
- Managing orders and deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to commitment.
- Working jointly with production planning to publish customer Sales Order delivery committed dates and updating them in a timely fashion when required.
- Understanding and managing risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
- Following up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
- Implementing relevant processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
- Utilizing established Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or approved IT system that is in place to ensure that data is accurate and up to date including resolving any issues as required.
- Monitoring the integrity and accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and managing inventory accuracy.
- Monitoring inventory levels against agreed target levels.
- Supporting inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy and acting quickly to correct errors if warranted.
- Minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
- Creating reports, analyzing, and updating data if required to support the needs of the business.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or college diploma: major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Materials or Production Planning roles in manufacturing companies.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP system (such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Epicor), inventory planning.
- Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
- Other: Team player, forward thinking.
