Mô tả công việc
- Ensure customer requirementt hat is informed to relevant departments.
- Conduct to negotiate with customer requirement and suppliers.
- Monitor making sample process in DV and PV stage.
- Propose QTP condition and follow up testing plan to customer.
- Lead to solve of customer complaint (8D report) in project stage.
- Lead to solve of internal complaint (A3 form) in project stage.
- Monitor inspector of checking samples and raw materials.
- Coordinate with core team to do and review PFMEA, PFC, CP, IPQC.
- Assist for internal audit process with PQA supervisor.
- Assist for customer audit, prepare in advance with relevant departments and organize audit.
- Record and follow up findings after internal and external audit.
- Follow up the the making samples, validation, trial run process
- Monitor supplier for PPAP raw material during project phase.
- Approve spec of FGs and raw materials and all documents of process DFMEA, PFMEA, PFC, CP, WI, start up check list in master list.
- Update spec and documents of process in master list.
- Implement PPAP and IMDS to submit to customer and follow up until get a formal approval.
- Monitor MSA, goden samples, gauges in production line.
- Implement transfer to mass production related to quality topic for QA process.
- Inform to customer for process change.
- Monitor PPAP submission and customer approval.
- Manage supplier PPAP, IMDS approval, control supplier and RMs issue, supervise RMs checking, approve RMs WI.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric or other related fields
- Have 1 year in a similar position
- Took an ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016 training course.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, SAP (QMS profile): user level
- Good English
- Proactive person, Analitic, Problem solved orientated, Team working orientated
