Mô tả công việc
* Test Engineer
1. Resolve all issues related to testing day-to-day from pre-production build; Evaluate newly designed products regarding test and manufacturability.
2. Determine root cause by gathering and analyzing test data related to test coverage, test yields; while ensuring production goals
3. Maintain and upgrade test equipment and configure it for new products.
4. Contribute in development and documentation of test fixtures, equipment, and procedures during the product development life cycle.
5. Develop new test plans/sequences, bug fix to resolve the issues reported and do software development & modification for test improvements.
6. Recommend and set up necessary process improvements
* ICT Test Engineer
1. Responsible for the design & development of In-Circuit Test (ICT) programs for the TRI ICT Platform.
2. Collaborate with NPI/maintenance team to ensure the stability of program and fixture, and to improve test time & coverage. Perform Test Strategy Simulation Analysis for the customer.
3. Perform electrical circuit analysis/design, software development, debugging and installation of ICT systems.
4. Conduct the Design for Test (DFT) analysis based on schematic and PCB accessibility study to enhance in-circuit test coverage. Provide direct support for the introduction of new test fixtures and programs including DFT analysis and conformance to all DFT requirements from internal/external specifications and customer documentation.
5. Working with ICT vendor to keep the ICT testers up to date with the latest revision of test software and communicate any tester issues with ICT vendor.
6. Plan and maintain the ICT system; change control, as well as facilitate the development, enhancement evaluation, testing and implementation of new software/hardware releases depending on customers’ needs.
7. To provide training and guidance to all test and maintenance personnel
8. Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
9. Performs other tasks as may be assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
* Test Engineer:
1. Educational background:
• Graduate with at least Bachelor Degree of: Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial Automation Engineering or related majors.
2. Experiences:
• Knowledge in electrical, electronic troubleshooting
• Prefer experience and knowledge of C# programming language or programming background, fix bug in software
3. Skills:
• Good verbal & written (English) communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Ready to abroad training for business needs.
4. Others: Good attitude & commit to work for a long time
* ICT Test Engineer
1. Educational background:
• University degree (Electro-Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering).
2. Experiences:
• At least 3 years of working experience in ICT and Test development and support.
• Knowledge & skills in TRI ICT development are mandatory.
• Proficient in program development and debugging a variety of complex In-Circuit Test failures.
• Proficient in performing ICT system level diagnostics and coordinate system repairs.
• Project management skills desired, individual needs to be a self-starter who can take a project and manage it with very little supervision.
3. Skills:
• Good written and communication skills in English and other foreign languages (Chinese) will be added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Ready to abroad training for business needs.
