Mô tả công việc
Job purpose
To assist department with the sourcing and purchasing of materials from local and overseas suppliers at competitive pricing and terms.
1. Closely coordinate with Planning department in purchase order preparation and placement. Issue purchase orders on ERP and send to suppliers upon approval.
2. Follow up on order processing status up to supplier site.
3. Coordinate with Quality Control and Warehouse teams to assure quality of deliveries.
4. Prepare, consolidate reports for Purchasing department.
5. Update status of purchase orders and production orders to management.
6. Request quotations, compare and qualify offers from new suppliers.
7. Negotiate prices, delivery time and payment terms.
8. Update pricing information for Bills of Material
9. Research market trends and supply chains, seek alternative local and oversea suppliers.
10. Collaborate in building and improvement of department policy and procedure.
11. Maintain communication with all relevant departments to ensure materials are delivered on-time, in spec and in full.
12. Collect order documents, timely prepare and submit payment requests, and follow up for payment schedule.
