* Job Purpose or Summary
- You’ll take your security knowledge and engineering skills to implement controls and countermeasures at the tactical level to mitigate security gaps and improve Pharmacity’s security posture. The position will report to the Sr Cyber Security Manager and collaborate with technology groups to ensure security tools are operating according to standards and identify policy drift. Attention to detail, precision, and objectivity is required as you’re a self-starter and play a role in improving Pharmacity’s security posture.
* Main Responsibilities
- Work with IT CyberSec groups to resolve issues on security tools such as Crowdstrike, Intune, Wazuh, IPS
- Review and define firewall policies in coordination with the CyberSec team.
- Ensure vulnerability management tools and scans execute effectively, investigate, and resolve issues with the security-delivered tools and services.
- Work with IT CyberSec Engineers to integrate security controls across hosts and virtual environments
- Collaborate across Pharmacity providing technical security support during security incidents, including responding to escalated incidents, and Security Infrastructure’s services delivery.
- Proven Security administration experience in Azure cloud.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents.
- Create requirements and documentation for security systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure.
- Report on assessments, outcomes, and improvement recommendations.
- Communicate security incidents to the rest of the organization.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional major: Computer Science/Network Engineering or Equivalent Experience in IT Security; Others can be considered if earning good knowledge/hands-on experience in IT/Security engineering.
- 2nd language ability: Good at English
- Related Experiences: At least 5 years’ experience in IT professional + 2 years at leader/supervisor position. 2-3 years’ experience of working on security projects for major organizations is desirable.
- Deep technical understanding of blue team tactics, threat detection and response, and other security disciplines, including familiarity with red team tactics.
- Administrative experience with Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and cross-service integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability management, 2FA, Antivirus, Network IPS, Microsoft Intune, and other security applications/tools
- Knowledge of enterprise tools such as MS365 Security and Compliance, MS Teams, IAM, AWS, Azure
- Proven experience with Windows environments – AD, domains, ADFS, GPO, 2FA, CIS configuration, and understanding of threats to these systems
- Hands-on experience with security hardening, troubleshooting, and administration of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, hardware in virtualized environments
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in programming or scripting
- Ability to effectively execute security mitigations and implement controls at-scale
- Professional certification like CISSP, CEH, SANS GSEC, GCED, GCWN, or similar, required
- Certified in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure is preferred
