You are the right fit for this position if you are inspired to challenge the status quo and help clients effectively execute digital transformation strategy through new logistics and integrated technology capabilities.
The Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in growing the company’s revenue through effectively onboarding new clients.
As a successful candidate, you will own the company's client pipeline and carry out excellent execution to convert qualified business opportunities into client partners. You will also assist the marketing and sales decision-making by providing insights on client needs and potential segments, addressing revenue growth challenges, and suggesting solutions for the Department Head.
Accountability/Responsibility:
Primary accountability (lead role):
• Lead generation and qualification
• Proposal development
• Contract negotiation
• Relationship management
Secondary accountability (assisting role to support the Department Head):
• Strategic planning
• Market research & positioning
• Competitive analysis
Other business development duties may be needed.

* Expertise:
• 5-7 year(s) of business development experience at a leading logistics service provider, specializing in contract logistics
• Have extensive network with business leaders at MNCs in FMCG and retail industries
* Soft skills:
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and hunger to deliver excellent work
• Possess empathy, hard work, patience, and persistence
• Have a creative mind with clever solutions
• Good communication at English in both written and verbal
