Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with sales manager in the planning and development of sales strategies, as well as in setting sales goals and standards.
- Administrative tasks among which include the recording and documentation of business transactions, inventory and presentation of all reports.
- Assist Sales Manager to collect and analyse the export sales data, customer satisfaction figures as well as market segmentation.
- Manage database of all export customers & potential customers to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
- Assist Sales Managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings and sales training.
- Managing team budgets, optimizing marketing cost on digital channels, E-commerce activities.
- Support Sales Manager in handling customer requirements: Preparing bidding proposals, contracts, documents, etc..
- Co-ordinate with other related departments to enhance the team performance.
*** Working conditions:
- Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, w2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC
- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)

Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Chinese understanding is also an advantage.
- Basic accounting knowledge, experience in analyzing sales data, making accounting statistical reports. (Obligatory)
- Graduated from university with a major in Marketing/Economics/Financial Accounting.
- Excellent ability in using MS (Excel, Word, PPT), business email writing and internet searching; good at using CRM/ERP/AMIS is a plus.
- Understand Incoterms and international payment terms.
- Put great attention to detail, careful, and with good communication among departments. (Obligatory)
- 3+ years of experience as the same role.
