Mô tả công việc
* Main Purpose or Function of Position:
1. Running Supply overview of FGs of both Viet Nam & export by following Supply master data (safety stock policy, MOQ, stock cycle, leadtime production, change over down time, line eff, GLY and E&F)
2. Manage stock readiness, freshness
3. Optimize scheduling, reduce changeover and reduce costs
4. Manage loading plan commitment of domestic FCST and export orders
5. Invole into Innovation project to ensure product will be produce as alignment timeline
* Main Accountabilities:
1. Implement of using the VPO method and tools correctly to ensure the KPIs are constantly below budget.
2. Analyze production data.
3. Lead the plant's production scheduling plan; and follow conformance to schedule. Take charge of brewing and packaging work plan, clearly scheduling impact on energy consumption. Estimate and analyze resource requirement, determine machine and operator loads, prepare production schedule, monitor production activities, revise schedules to meet production targets.
4. Control finish product and beer age, timely reporting and actively communicate to resolve
5. Simulate the impact of loss and update ontime (impairment & Supply chain loss)
6. Plan for Local/ export volume as requirements.
7. Balance (communicate/ align) sales and production volumes to reach the highest productivity.
8. follow up delivery of material to ensure catch up production plan
9. Ensure update Production LE as monthly to prepare capacity & supply master data/ other functions KPIOthers: Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Planning Manager in a timely manner.
* Others:
- Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Planning Manager in a timely manner.
- Leading Inventory policy block & execute as Gloal request
- People - R & VPO people responsibility

Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree - Manufacturing in multinational environment.
• More than 3 years of production planning and management work experience
• Have a knowledge of SCM, SAP, basic knowledge of packaging, brewing and safety
• The ability to analyze and solve problems, and time management and implementation capacity.
• Ability about safety operation knowledge
• Conversant in English
• Proficient skills in MS Office, Macro/ VBA. Request advance or experience working with large & compicated data, presentation.
• Good communication, data analysis
• Being prepared to work under pressure, Careful and honesty.
