* Working place: CSVC Head office - BRVT

* Job Description:
- Manage civil maintenance works within optimal budget.
- Handle contractors/ workers to do civil maintenance work at site, make sure that these works will be finished as scheduled within assigned budget.
- Purchase civil maintenance service: find and negotiate quotation, make contract, supervise work, proceed acceptance and payment documents.
- Follow requirement of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO5001 during performing work.
- Control documents which is related to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO5001.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Handle maintenance contract and supporting desk work for Maintenance and Engineering department.
- Other related tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree of Construction or equivalent majors
- AutoCAD
- Freshman will be trained if you have basic Knowledge
* Other requirements:
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 500 or equivalent).
- Chinese or Japanese is a plus
- Living in Ba Ria - Vung Tau is preferred
- Prior experience to ERP system, Microsoft SQL database administration is preferred
