Mô tả công việc
Understand quality CADDi's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect
Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and delivery requirements Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropraite inspection and kaizen process
Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform
Establish team and organization to create reliable supply chain
Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)
Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback Lead small-mid organization and team
Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization

***Requirements (Strongly Preferred)
-Experience as manager role at factory, manufacturing sites or warehouses
-Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization
-Analyze, review and improve workflow to increase productivity
***Requirements (Recommended)
-Experience as quality manager
-Experience in manufacturing or metal processing industry
-Experience in developing factory warehouse or supply chain from scratch Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts
-Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001 Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT) or English Ideal candidate profile
-Strong empathy and understanding for Caddi's MVC
-Strong passion for solving social problem
-Creative problem solving with analytical mind Fit for action driven and agile work environment Proficient in MS office or similar tool
-Strong aspiration for self-improvement and mindset to inspire and support the personal development of other team members
