Authority & Responsibility
Report to management issues, risks on quality, and production operations.
Control the reject rate in stages according to the production process, find causes and monitor corrective actions for causes and improve policies
Accept job assignments as available.
Receive and inspect parts, report daily
Ensure accuracy of measurement and the measurement to be objectively reported.
Fulfill requirements on reporting, keeping measured data, updating quality/production data into QMS, Epicor or other formats as required.
Check measuring instruments and function gages in production line
Observe our company’s Labor Regulation, regulations on EHS. Commit to the organization’s core values in safety, humanity, renovation and teamwork spirit

Báo cáo lên cấp trên các vấn đề, các nguy cơ chất lượng trong hoạt động sản xuất.
Kiểm soát tỷ lệ phế phẩm trong các khâu theo quy trình sản xuất , tìm nguyên nhân và theo dõi hành động khắc phục cho nguyên nhân và đối sách cải thiện
Nhận phân công công việc khi có thể.
Tiếp nhận va kiểm tra chất lượng, báo cáo hàng ngày.
Đảm bảo độ chính xác của kết quả kiểm tra do mình thực hiện. Đảm bảo kết quả đo được thông tin, báo cáo một cách trung thực.
Tuân thủ đầy đủ quy định về báo cáo, lưu trữ dữ liệu đo, cập nhật thông tin chất lượng, sản xuất trên hệ thống máy tính theo quy định.
Thực hiện các công việc kiểm tra dụng cụ đo, khuôn kiểm ở các nhóm sản xuất.
Tuân thủ Nội quy Lao động, nội quy ATSKMT của công ty. Trung thành với các giá trị cốt lõi của công ty về an toàn, giá trị nhân văn, tinh thần đổi mới và tinh thần tập thể.
Đi ca thay đổi ngày đêm.

Working Experience Requirements
Have quality function experience in mechanical products for audit and measurement.
Basic computer skills
Enthusiasm, creativeness, teamwork spirit
Good at using basic measurement equipment in mechanical industry (Vernier calliper, Micrometer, and others)
Knowledge and understanding of drawing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality function.
Required Qualifications:

Biết sử dụng các loại dụng cụ đo cơ bản trong cơ khí chế tạo, thước cặp, panme và công cụ đo khác
Biết đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về chất lượng
Bằng cấp yêu cầu
Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp.
