Mô tả công việc
- Manage all purchasing activities in Gritti Viet Nam, including, but not limited to: tools, spare parts, raw materials, equipment, machines, and office supplies.
- Ensure that all personnel are following correct purchasing policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all purchasing activities adhere to Viet Nam Tax Department regulations.
- Identify and source new materials and products for Gritti Viet Nam.
- Work closely with the Logistics and Acquisitions Team in Italy.
- Manage all follow-up activities (negotiations, proposals, and contracts).
- Follow all reporting requirements as directed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- English language skills (speaking and writing).
- College degree.
- 1 - 3 years experience in purchasing and acquisitions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and work efficiency with the ability to work on an independent basis.
- High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
- Able to work under the direction of a foreign management team.
