Mô tả công việc
- Provide weekly reports on output, productivity, scrap, pareto and kaizen
- Provides actual capacity for production planning based on manpower planning, production line status, maintenance plan and risk assessment of various other issues that could potentially affect output
- Monitoring production fulfillment (output), taking the action to recover from deviation right away
- Monitoring and assigning manpower to solve the incident in line (quality, breakdown...) to ensure the line runs smoothly and in compliance with quality, safety, 5S, sustainability and labor efficiency standards (including stop and re-start production line)
- Monitoring scrap evolution in the production line and taking actions for controlling it within defined limits as well as improving it progressively
- Monitoring and deploying continuous improvement in production line taking responsibility for kaizen activity in production based on lean manufacturing principles
- Ensures there is a training plan in place for new staff as well as a plan to re-qualify staff in all the necessary competencies for production in the form of production training records for each production model and its fulfillment
- Make inventory for raw material and finish good in production line.
- Cooperating with Quality to solve the quality issues of incoming raw material to production line with supplier as well as customer claims.
- Cooperating with Engineering Team, Quality Process and Quality Projects teams to work on new projects and new products. Making sure project hand-over smoothly to mass production.

- Coaching employee under area of responsibility
- Following up the job carried out by his team and detects blocking points or risks
- Defining priorities according to situation, context and direction received from management
- Evaluating performance of staff under supervision
- Reporting timely to upper manager with clearly presented data

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree and suitable techincal degree in technical schools, Electric
- Advanced experience level as manufacturing engineer or entry level at the category production supervisor
- Have Knowledge about manufacturing industry, Lean manufacturing, SMED, 8D method, IATF 16949, TPM, Pareto, ISO14001
- English skill: communication and reporting
- SAP User level
