1. POSITION
- Responsible for working with third party & custom to ensure the import/export handling.
- Responsible for working with supplier to ensure procurement
2. BASIC FUNCTION
- In charge of import/export process for factory
- In charge of purchase request for goods and services for factory office.
3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Period:
Import Export:
- To follow each shipments in consequence set out in the job covering for airfreight / seafreight.
- Codify products with HS code & duty for import declaration purpose
- Keep track of export-import documents and customs declaration sheet on E-cus
- Build up the import-export procedures compliance with EPE regulations for customs audits
Procurement:
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase goods or services factory office
- Issue the P.O. and expedite the shipment timely;
- Negotiate and supervise the implement of contracts with suppliers
Long Term of manufacturing:
Import/Export:
- Survey, negotiate & get approval for freight, customs service charge, transportation service charge, insurance premium rate, etc
- To follow each shipments in consequence set out in the job covering for airfreight / seafreight.
- Codify products with HS code & duty for import declaration purpose
- Keep track of export-import documents and customs declaration sheet on E-cus
- Work with service providers to arrange transportation from port to warehouse or vice versa as schedule
- Ensure import-export process compliance with EPE regulations
- Track, trace and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse
- Follow claims with suppilers in cases of defect merchandise, late shipment, shorted shipment
- Coordinate with account department in controlling landed costs
- Oversees timely filing of entries for customs clearance and ensures we are compliant with all rules and regulations
- Excute the Import-Export Report to Custom Authority in the end of years.
- Take care for Sales function in SAP system
Procurement:
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase goods or services factory office
- Conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices and quotation
- Negotiate with suppliers, prepare price comparisons and cost savings
- Verify that the required order is within the agreed budget. Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions, include alignment with budget owners in cases over budget
- Issue the P.O. and expedite the shipment timely;
- Negotiate and supervise the implement of contracts with suppliers.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs
- Evaluate supplier performance & assist in Periodic Performance Review for vendors
- Keep the fruitful and clean relationship with the vendor in order to get their best cooperation in – supplying the materials as well as solving the claim if happens;
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

At least 3 year experience in related position in Enterprise Processing Export (EPE) companies
Knowledge of procurement process
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Good in English
Can use SAP system
Micosoft office
