Mô tả công việc
Supports daily administrative operations of the factory including establishing work priorities and assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the business:
- Assist in development and coordination of the execution of program policies, procedures, 5S and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Work closely with related departments and PICs to supervise administrative daily activities at factories, including security, cleaning, 5S, etc.,
- Control guest cards for visitors/colleagues/foreigners visiting or permanent working at Milwaukee factories,
- Process expense reports in accordance with company policy for expense reports received daily from employees of the plant,
- Provide administrative assistance and support to the Operations team, including project planning and/or related plant events,
- Be able to contact/communicate with oversea related departments if needed,
- Perform miscellaneous job-related functions as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- College and above.
- Major in Business Administration, English or other related subjects.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in similar positions
Knowledge
- English: Fluent in spoken and written in English
- Chinese is a plus
Functional Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Other Abilities
Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Helpful and friendly demeanor
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Be able to relocate to District 9 Saigon High-Tech Park (HCMC) from Q1/2024
