Mô tả công việc
- In-charge of managing the Company’s IT infrastructure through the service providers in setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems in the Company
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Able to offer technical support to employees and troubleshoot computer problems
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- Have a sound knowledge of network security of office internal computer, server management and able to manage a complex network infrastructure to work with 2 other regional locations
- Able to manage and implement IT project plans as & when required
- Working closely with the service providers to support:
+ Managing and maintaining the Company’s technological system like servers, computers, smartphones, firewalls, routers and other portal devices
+ Ensuring that Company devices interconnect with file servers, VPN, emails, financial systems and other server applications
+ Ensuring the maintenance of firewall and checking for periodic updates for any possible vulnerability or recognize suspicious intruders
+ Installing, upgrading and managing software and hardware on company devices
+ Managing all software licenses and ensuring renewals are made timely
+ Managing an inventory of all company technology assets
+ Ensuring backups and synchronization of all systems are performed timely
+ Evaluating and recommending software & hardware purchases to internal stakeholders & the external service providers
- Providing training to staff on using hardware, software, web usage and creating awareness programs on cybersecurity & vulnerability
- Working closely with IT service providers in regional offices (Singapore, India & Vietnam) in managing company’s technological devices, ensuring uniformity in IT policies and equipment in all locations.
- Attending to enquiries from Company’s Group as and when required.
- Understanding their needs and work towards a common objective in implementing the IT requirements of the future.

Yêu cầu công việc
* Hard skills:
- Degree or PostGrad Dip in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- At least 5 Years of IT coordinator experience or related role
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting of system issues
- Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations
* Soft skills:
- IT Savvy and passionate about technology and its advancement
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentational)
- Able to cope with a pressurized environment
- Able to work with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels
- Resilient, flexible, Adaptable and manage change positively
