Mô tả công việc
· Work with related Departments and Agencies to create action plans and execute online/ offline branding and recruitment activities. Measure & evaluate the success of activities after completion
· With the Agency, manage events from scratch to execute: event communications, logistical planning, including budget tracking and overall project management
· Conduct assessments for the candidates with the assessment system and manage candidate data and results
· Works closely with related Departments and Agencies to create, manage and continuously improve Crystal’s career page to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates and enhances the company’s employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice
· Plans, establishes and oversees the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding
· Is charged with expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media
· Work with related Departments & Agencies for legal documents & information collection
· Develop and execute new ideas for branding and recruitment activities
