Mô tả công việc
- Conduct research and experimentation on novel materials and products, utilizing principles of chemistry to improve existing products;
- Develop manuals outlining occupational safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals to mitigate risk to employees;
- Evaluate and refine procedures by collecting and analyzing data, and contribute to the creation of project feasibility reports;
- Participate in the implementation of projects, as well as acceptance testing, reception, and technology handover;
- Contribute to the oversight and assessment of the factory's production process, while engaging in technical and technological activities within the group system;
- Collaborate in the development of criteria and processes for evaluating ideas and initiatives, while also proposing novel techniques and technologies;
- Provide technical and technological consulting services to member companies of the group, offering guidance on product engineering, transportation, storage, and supplier selection assessment;
- Manage technical and technological records to ensure proper documentation of all activities.

- At least a Bachelor's degree or higher in a field relevant to the position, such as Petrochemicals, Polymer Chemistry, or Material Chemistry;
- At least two years of experience in similar roles;
- Proficiency in information technology and computing is essential, along with the ability to think quickly and analytically, and demonstrate technical expertise;
- The candidate should be capable of working effectively under pressure, possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be adept at problem-solving;
- Attention to detail, focus, and diligence are crucial, along with creativity and innovation in approaching tasks and challenges.
