- Theo dõi thông tin nhân sự, chấm công, phép năm;
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến bảo hiểm xã hội;
- Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, quản lý văn phòng phẩm;
- Thực hiện hồ sơ, thủ tục cho người nước ngoài (Ít phát sinh)- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban giám đốc;
Job description :
- Follow staff information, attendance, annual leave;
- Perform work related to social insurance;
- Support recruitment, office stationery control;
- Making work permit, temporary card for foreigners.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors;

+ Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday, Saturday morning

+ Salary: Negotiable according to capacity.
+ Salary increase 1 time / year, bonus 1 time / year
+ Other conditions subject to Labor Law of Vietnam and internal regulation

- Giới tính: Nữ
- Tuổi : 22-28 tuổi
- Trình độ học vấn: Đại học, Cao đẳng.
- Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh, biết tiếng Hàn là một lợi thế
- Sử dụng tốt tin học văn phòng
- Ưu tiên ứng viên mới ra trường hoặc kinh nghiệm 1 năm ở vị trí tổng vụ, nhân sự, hoặc admin.
