Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely production of plastic toys and paper packaging.
- Manage and coordinate the factory team to meet production targets and maintain a safe and harmonious working environment.
- Implement and optimize production processes, constantly seeking ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met to the highest standards.
- Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the company's stringent quality criteria.
- Monitor inventory levels, plan for material procurement, and liaise with suppliers to ensure a seamless production flow.
- Lead regular team meetings to address challenges, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Requirements:
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing plant operations, ideally in plastics, packaging, export processing or related industry.
- Exceptional English language skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory to effectively communicate with company headquarters.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and inspiring a diverse workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling prompt resolution of production issues and challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to optimize production workflows.
