Range of Responsibilities and authorities
- Lead, Manage and motivate a group of trained people in implementing Lean Production System – VNO Lean Office.
- Motivate people to “change their way of thinking”.
- Conduct Kaizen based on the kaizen monthly plan to transform traditional lines to a LEAN line.
- Plan, execute and follow up on kaizen goals to achieve the savings (Productivity, Yield, WIP, etc)
- Train, educate and sustain people to follow the “LEAN Way”.
- Organize Continuous Improvement activities
- Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations. Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required
Entitlements
- Having right of consultation and participation to the employer for improvement of OH&SMS-ISO45001, reporting to direct supervisor or higher level for any issue relevant to OH&SMS-ISO45001.
- Entitle to enter company area besides working hours.
- Access to personal data of subordinates.
- Internal telephone.

Thu nhập: 8-10tr

_ Lương cơ bản (LCB) : 4.9tr
_ LCB sau 2 tháng làm việc: 5.250
_ LCB sau 6 tháng làm việc: 5.5tr
_ Phụ cấp : 328.5 đ/tháng
_ Chuyên cần : 500.000 đ/tháng
_ Tien Thuong :959.000 đ/tháng
_ Phụ cấp ca đêm 50%: 101.000 đ/đêm
_ Được ký hợp đồng lao động và hưởng đầy đủ chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
_ Được đài thọ bữa ăn tại công ty, có xe đưa đón nhân viên.
_ Được nghỉ lễ, tết, nghỉ phép theo quy định nhà nước và ngày nghỉ của công ty.
_ Tham quan du lịch, khám sức khỏe định kỳ.
_ Chế độ tiền thưởng cuối năm hấp dẫn (thưởng tết, lì xì,..)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: College, major in technique; or Bachelor’s degree in any major, Bachelor’s degree in technical major (Preferable)
- Professional knowledge of: Understanding of the manufacturing process
- Knowledge of computer servicing: Can use Microsoft Office and Minitab
- Knowledge of foreign languages: English at B level or equal
- Other (e.g. competences): A good listener, Industrial Engineering knowledge (preferred)
- Professional experience: 2-3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
