1. Summary:
As a Production SHE coordinator, the focus will be on delivering support to operations on a day-to-day basis covering all aspects of Safety, Health, and Environment, spending most of their time on the operations floor.
This position will be the liaison between operators and supervisors to ensure rules and regulations are followed specifically to the requirements of SHE Department and those of company standards.
2. Main Responsibilities:
- Perform regular safety walks of the operations floor.
- Develop / deploy risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Manage employee PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) programs.
- Assist in preparation and reporting of SHE Key Performance Indicators.
- Initiating and/or participating in the ESG (Environment Social Governance) Program.
- Translate and implement new programs, policies, and procedures following SHE Department.
- Implement safety working improvement program to increase employee satisfaction.
- Monitor processes for adherence to SHE guidelines and the mitigation of incidents.
- Learn and maintain an awareness of regulatory standards and good industry practices.
- Develop new training content that supports ongoing SHE initiatives and continuous improvement in Production.
- Prepare, plan and implement SHE routine safety inspections and follow up corrective action in regular labor safety committee’s meetings with Production Management and SHE Department.
- Develop / implement / report safety metrics associated with the site.
- Develop / foster collaborative team environment focused on improving safe behaviors.
- Act as the first point of contact for safety related observations / concerns.
- Collaborates with management and employees to identify company training needs.
- Supports Production Management with regular performance measurement reviews and reporting.
- Acts as point person for all seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Prepares hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Collaborates and supports training needs for external sources, acting as coordinator of such events.
- Collaborates with L & D colleagues across Production to help identify opportunities for improvement within the training system.
- Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every area. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
- Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.

_ LCB sau 2 tháng làm việc: 5.250
_ LCB sau 6 tháng làm việc: 5.5tr
_ Phụ cấp : 328.5 đ/tháng
_ Chuyên cần : 500.000 đ/tháng
_ Tien Thuong :959.000 đ/tháng
_ Phụ cấp ca đêm 50%: 101.000 đ/đêm
_ Được ký hợp đồng lao động và hưởng đầy đủ chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
_ Được đài thọ bữa ăn tại công ty, có xe đưa đón nhân viên.
_ Được nghỉ lễ, tết, nghỉ phép theo quy định nhà nước và ngày nghỉ của công ty.
_ Tham quan du lịch, khám sức khỏe định kỳ.
_ Chế độ tiền thưởng cuối năm hấp dẫn (thưởng tết, lì xì,..)
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: College degree with Technical Background, Bachelor’s degree with Environmental, Labor Safety, Occupational Health and Safety Engineer…
Professional knowledge of:
- Good knowledge of production management.
- Familiarity with product and manufacturing process.
- Presentation skill.
- Having basic knowledge of Lean.
- Well understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 system
- Well understanding of S.H.E system
- Capability to deal with external organizations.
